1 The App and Who Runs It

Lattice: Times Tables ("Lattice", "the app") is developed and operated by Mitesh Soni ("we", "us"). The app is distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store on iOS devices.

This page also governs the website at lattice.040484.xyz.

2 Apple's Standard EULA

Unless we have provided you with a separate written agreement, your use of Lattice is governed by Apple's standard end-user licence agreement for apps purchased through the App Store, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where this document and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA controls for matters about app installation, licensing, and termination.

3 Licence to Use Lattice

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Lattice on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

4 In-App Purchases

Lattice Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. The price is shown in your local currency at checkout. Once purchased:

5 Privacy

Our handling of data is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. In short: Lattice has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. The only data that leaves your device is the in-app purchase receipt, processed by Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat, so your Pro entitlement can be restored.

6 Intellectual Property

Lattice — including the app's source code, design, palettes, sounds, brand, and the "Lattice" name — is owned by Mitesh Soni and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

7 No Warranty

Lattice is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or future iOS version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Lattice is an educational tool. We do not warrant that using it will produce any specific learning outcome.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Lattice. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to Lattice is limited to the amount you paid us for Lattice Pro (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page and surface an in-app notice on next launch. Continued use of the app after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10 Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the courts of India.
